Participate in the implementation of system or interface enhancements. Work closely with the Slot Analyst to provide the database management of the Casino’s Dynamic Reporting System (DRS Systems) and Customer Database.Responsible for DRS (Players Tracking) data integrity. Responsible for maintaining EGI-3 network.Maintaining master file in DRS and MGAM. Provide technical support to VP/Director of Slot Operations, Performance Manager and Slot Manager as directed. DRS/MGAM Support. Produces and utilizes various types of reports for departmental needs ( Financial Reports, Player Rating Reports, Slot Analysis Reports etc). Assist with special projects. Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal customers to analyze information needs and functional requirements. Maintain user security permission requests and changes. Assist with DRS/MGAM service pack installations and upgrades. Create and maintain accurate databases and research files containing vendor floor mix and machine performance data. Analyze casino floor layouts and make recommendations on game mix to enhance performance.Training staff on technical issues. Communicate new information/updates from vendors to staff.EGI-3 Support/Maintenance: (Player Tracking Interface)
