Having successfully led teams in the corporate, non-profit, start-up, national sport and community sectors, I bring over 25 years of diverse business leadership experience and am a catalyst for action. My focus on developing leaders to build strong teams improves execution, reduces turnover and creates resilient cultures. Leadership is a privilege that I do not take for granted. I currently sit on several sports based community boards believing leadership is the single most important aspect in business, sport and community. Leading high-performance teams in corporate business, non-profit, start-up, national level sport and the community sectors has provided me many lessons on leadership, human nature and what it takes to win as a team. These are the lessons I want to share and help leaders grow.
