I work for the In House Contractor at Torus, the division has 350 staff and an anticipated annual turnover of £22M maintaining and developing the 22,000 properties. I head up a team with 4 first line managers, that have responsibility for Performance Management, Fleet, Waste, Depot, Materials Partnerships, compliance, assurance and surveying.I also support the Director in providing strategic and policy guidance, creating and documenting the governance frameworks for the department.
