I extensive experience designing and developing large, complex software applications. I have been a part of a team utilizing the Agile Scrum methodologies, including daily scrum meetings, backlog refinement, sprint planning, and sprint reviews with stakeholders. As a senior business analyst, I met with all levels of business and technical personnel to gather and refine requirements. Using those requirements, I authored detailed program design specification documents and presented the findings to customers and development staff. In addition, I generated cost and resource estimates for each project and coordinated the efforts of the development, quality assurance, and documentation teams to insure timely delivery of projects. I have traveled internationally to customer’s sites to implement projects and train users in the new business processes. I also performed post-implementation follow-up meetings to ensure customer satisfaction.
