A versatile engineer with a wide background in and Completion Engineering and Production Technology. Significant experience gained working for major and independent oil companies and major service companies. Projects undertaken covering oil and gas production wells, injection wells, over a wide range of applications from DST and completion to intervention, well suspension and abandonment. Working in a variety of environments such as rig, intervention vessel, DSV and work vessels offshore and on UK land sites. This experience base provides excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic capabilities covering full life of well through completion, intervention and ultimately abandonment.Key Areas of Expertise• Lower and upper completion design, including tubing stress analysis (Wellcat).• Well inflow performance modelling (Prosper).• Sandface completion design and selection, use of screens and oriented perforating• Formation damage core testing• Perforating design and selection, eline, CT, DP shoot and pull, use of perf pills.• Upper completions equipment - gauges hard wired and acoustic, DHCI, gas lift, DST tools.• Gas lift design and optimisation• Subsea equipment – lubricator valves, shear subs, PSJ, surface and subsea trees, wellheads and MLS• Well testing and temporary well test spreads• All types of Well intervention – Wireline, DSL, eline & Coiled Tubing.• Well abandonment covering platform, subsea and open water suspended wells (OWSW). • Executed variety of operations on Jackup (std and heavy duty) semi rig, platform, Intervention vessel, DSV and work vessel. • Annulus well integrity monitoring and troubleshooting/analysis. • Production troubleshooting and optimisation.
