People Development Coach/Trainer- Delivery of training and coaching sessions to all levels of staff including MD and Exec team. Varied in range from Customer Service to Negotiating skills, and Diversity & Inclusion to Leadership and many others.- Launching Sims University, and content creation for the dedicated online learning portal (LMS).
