- Overseeing Recruitment, creating Job Specs with Managers, launching on CV Library, collecting respondents and pre-checking before organising Interviews, and making contact with desired recruits.- Organised new starter Drug and Alcohol testing bookings, along with random drug test locations, and helped train new managers on the Drug and Alcohol process including what happened on positive tests.- DBS checks, Onboarding surveys, Interviewing, Redundancy letters and calculating severance packages.

People Development Coach/Trainer- Delivery of training and coaching sessions to all levels of staff including MD and Exec team. Varied in range from Customer Service to Negotiating skills, and Diversity & Inclusion to Leadership and many others.- Launching Sims University, and content creation for the dedicated online learning portal (LMS). Concept, storyboarding, research and design all in my remit, along with uploading and bug fixing. Used the LMS to schedule sessions, record learnings to files and track missing learning.- One-on-one sessions with Trainee Managers and future prospects, teaching skills such as reviewing staff progress, disciplinary meetings and management tools.- Lead trainer on Graduate scheme recruitment, helping score and rank 16 post-graduate leavers in to four job roles. Upon final selection, worked with all four individually on development reviews & filling skills gaps.- Working with L&D Manager on end of year reports and creating training schedules upon needs of the business, sorting logistics on how training will be delivered (Virtual, group, location, face-to-face etc.)- Attending North and South SHECS (Safety, Health, Environmental, Community and Sustainability) meetings, and working with Site Managers on identifying further training/coaching opportunities.
