PROFESSIONAL WORK EXPERIENCESUMMARYCurrently, I am the CFO of Triton Management Services, LLC a private equity backed company operating over 50 retail locations providing pre-trial release services to the general public primarily in California and other western states. Previously, I was the Chief Operating Officer of AP Technology, a software development company operating in the print and electronic payment space where I was deeply involved in a management buy-out of the company.Previously, I was employed by Eldorado Stone until May 2008 and joined this private equity backed Company in March 2001 as the Chief Financial Officer and subsequently was promoted to COO. In large part through the development and implementation of lean manufacturing processes, I was effective in aiding the Company in achieving a 30% CAGR EBITDA growth and top line sales of approximately $215 million for fiscal 2006. In June 2004, I was instrumental in the sale of Eldorado Stone LLC to Headwaters, Inc. for approximately $210 million. Prior to joining Eldorado, I was the CFO and interim CEO of buyproduce.com, a highly visible on-line marketplace for the produce industry that was venture backed by Sequoia Capital. Prior to buyproduce.com, I served as CEO of Lynx Golf Company. In addition, I was the COO and previously held the CFO position of Cobra Golf Incorporated from 1990 until late 1996. While at Cobra, I was responsible for building the operations to support Cobra’s sales growth from $27 million to $200 million over a six-year period and led Cobra’s initial public offering in 1993. I also played a crucial role in the ultimate sale of Cobra to American Brands for $720 million in 1996. I began my career at Ernst and Young LLP, where I spent nine years and reached the level of Senior Manager prior to joining Cobra. I hold a B.S. in Business Administration from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio and am a Certified Public Accountant.
