Head of teams providing ITIL compliant Capacity, Availability and Knowledge Management services to over 50 outsourced customers. Responsible for Service and Process definition, transition, and governance and support for a wide variety of customers, including SIAM and Cloud services. Also managed Incident, Problem and Change Management teams for a specific account.

All aspects of management of a cost centre and team of over 200 staff delivering a variety of technical services to a large number of diverse customers. Technical Services provided included: Messaging and Collaboration, Unix and Storage, Technical Architects, Capacity Management and Infrastructure Tooling. All aspects of delivery from transitioning to supporting customers were provided utilising UK and offshore resource.

A variety of IT roles starting as a Network controller, moving to Operations Support before moving to and eventually Managing a Messaging team.
