An IT professional with over 25 years experience. Starting out with technical and support roles in areas such as Network and Messaging, through operational roles that included a diverse range of activities from setting up a Change Management Process to a Follow-the-Sun network support service involving teams in three countries, to moving through a variety of Management roles since 2000. During that time I have also been involved in improvement projects and activities such as being the on-site lead for the full recovery of a datacentre and services.
