As the Warehouse Supervisor at Lady Loretta I am responsible for the safety of six Employees, ensuring that goods are inventoried correctly and available for issue. I am also responsible for accounts and bulk commodities (i.e. diesel, cement and sand). In addition I look after stock integrity; stock levels and ensuring budgets are adhered to. I developed and had approved the Lady Loretta budget and forecasting for the warehouse, servicing a workforce of over 200 Employees and Contractors.

I established sales contracts with potential clients in the mining industry and remote communities and developed a strong repour with the client. I was responsible for creating pricing structure and out sourcing of goods to be included in the quoting of dwellings. I was the Project Manager and building Supervisor of prototype homes.

Improve sales with existing and new dealerships and I contributed with superior product knowledge across the entire model range. This included the installation and product testing for future advanced technology. By organising all facets of major Boat Shows throughout Australia, (i.e. logistics of equipment and product displays, within specified time frames, including staff rosters, meals and accommodation) I was able to increase sales and customer satisfaction. I presented seminars on new and existing product technology, via power point presentations and individual interactions to large audiences. I provided dealer training on new and existing technology, and had the opportunity to write and submit monthly and annual reports. I consistently achieved and exceeded sales targets set by our international parent company.
