Manage all day-to-day aspects of the aviation operational data captured from all FOQA equipped fleets to forecast risk and promote aviation safety. Responsible for verification of the operation and data quality of the entire FOQA Event Measurement System (EMS) on a 24-7 basis as the primary liaison with the FOQA vendor and other air carriers conducting FOQA programs. Coordinate the use of FOQA data with the ALPA Exceedance Guidance Team (EGT) representatives to direct their supporting role in FOQA. Support the FOQA Technical Team including Fleet Engineers and Flight Operations. Assist the vendor and other staff specialists in development of FOQA data analysis software tools and procedures to select pertinent aviation data and organize elements into meaningful reports to support aviation safety analysis for investigations, Safety Action Programs, ASIAS and special requests. Develop aviation operational profiles and studies to assess performance of standard operating procedures (SOP) as well as research, create and develop new event detection and trending capabilities, prepare event analysis, create flight animations to better communicate risk, and maintain appropriate documentation of the approved policies and procedures used in the FOQA program.

Responsible for development of United Airlines domestic and international block times. Performed detailed performance analysis of block times, delays and schedule change characteristics to minimize the reliability of schedule transitions. Identify reliability issues and performance trends to improve schedule and operational reliability.
