Training & Assessing students in industrial/high risk courses including White Card, Working @ Heights, Confined Space, Gas Test Atmosphere, Forklift & Elevated Work Platform.

Lead, and work alongside, a team of Riggers, Crane Operators, Boilermakers, Pipe Fitters, Coded Welders & Mechanical Fitters to complete installation projects within the Rio Tinto Yarwun Alumina Refinery.

Operate Cranes and Plant to re-supply station and perform repairs to collapsed wind turbine at Mawson Station, Antarctica.

Operate various Mobile cranes from Frannas up to 300T Grove, including 20 & 25T Frannas, 50T Kato, 55T Tadano, 55T, 80T, 110T, 130T, 200T, 220T & 300T Groves, 110T Tadano Faun, 140T, 160T, 200T & 250T Terex Demags.

PJET -Operate various Cranes (Franna’s(20T & 25T), Rough Terrain (50T Terex, 60T Terex Bendini, 63.5/70T Terex & 130T Grove, Crawler (200T Leibherr), Reach Stackers (Terex Fantuzzi & Sany), Forklifts (Telehandlers, Rough Terrain Forklift, standard Forklifts & Electric Warehouse Forklifts), EWP’s & Trucks as well as perform rigging duties as required.Run several crews of Operators & Riggers Unloading Heavy Lift Ships – Lifts up to 720TDual Crane & 550T Single Crane, Including Liaising with Foreign Crews and ensuring safety standards didn’t diminish to their levels. APLNG - Construction (Piping) -Rigger on a construction piping crew, installing, primarily, pipe spools of various sizes and lengths into position using cranes and assorted rigging gear.APLNG - Commissioning & Start Up (CSU) - Operate various Cranes (Franna’s, Bridge/Gantry Cranes),Forklifts (Telehandlers, Rough Terrain Forklift, standard Forklifts & Electric Warehouse Forklifts), EWP’s & Trucks as well as perform rigging duties as required.Assist Mechanical Fitters in their commissioning tasks.Involved in change out of Gas Turbines.Prepare and hold Isolation Permits.

Operate various Cranes (10T Kobelco, 13T Kato, 12T, 15T, 16T, 18T, 20T & 25T Frannas, 50T & 55T Kato’s, 55T Tadano, 80T Demag, 130T & 220T Grove’s Cranes), Forklifts, Telehandlers, EWP’s & Trucks as well as perform rigging duties as required.Work on almost every industrial site in town, as well as residential building sites.
