Project managed the implementation and ongoing development of a new auction management and online bidding software. Leading our in-house developers and giving instructions on the features needed for service improvements. Implementation and management of all the department’s social media platforms, audiences regularly have viewership of up to 30,000 currently without any monetary investment or sponsored ads.

ETL Systems designs and manufactures RF satellite signal handling equipment and is one of the largest of its kind in the UK. ETL’s broadcast, government and telecom customers are spread around the world and its equipment is well know for resilience, RF performance and design. This was a summer job which I did in 2012 for four weeks and was invited back over Christmas and in 2013. I was helping remodel the entire components part of our catalogue including redesigning and making datasheets for all component products in the first year and when I returned the second year I worked on uploading the internal systems directory onto a new database system based on the company intranet which I worked with the IT manager to devise. This included programme problem solving. I also created an entirely new components directory which successfully replaced the old one and was more efficient and intuitive.
