Mod Auction Administrator
CurrentWorking solely on the MoD contract. Reporting directly to the Company Directors, working closely with DESA and assisting the Transport Manager to ensure contract compliance. Participate in progress meeting reporting on any issues or discrepancies.Key participant in MoD contract audit, assist with conducting gap analysis, and areas for continuous improvement.Producing weekly and monthly reports for submission directly to DESA ensuring all KPI's are met and producing adhoc reports when requested to assist with MoD operational requirements.Liaising directly with units around the country regarding logistical issues and requirements. Deal directly with purchasers from UK and abroad, answering queries regarding vehicles and sales.Keep up-to-date inventory of vehicles and items and conduct monthly stock checks. Work with international shipping agencies to ensure compliance with military export licences (SIEL) and paperwork. Ensure that equipment has up-to-date ASSC lists and EAR checks, advising customers on correct licences for ownership. (SNAP-R)Conduct security checks on purchasers.Cataloguing items and compile sale and listings, ensuring accuracy of condition reports.Work on special tasks for direct sales to international governments.Delivery of workshops complying with Corporate Social Responsibility aspects of national contracts.
