Currently Manage and Self Perform Site Acquisition and A&E Services throughout Tennessee and surrounding states. Services include all site acquisition tasks up to permitting. This includes but is not limited to, SCIPS, Lease Negotiations, Boundary Surveys, Construction Drawings, Structural Analysis, Regulatory filings, Utility Coordination, Permitting Coordination and Zoning Hearings. Also heavily involved in business development by procuring Telecommunication projects throughout the U.S. I have managed both large scale projects (200+) sites to individual projects. Projects include large scale lease amendment services, new build services, full DAS services, and small cell services.

Managed and negotiated land lease agreements and co-location agreements for telecommunication facilities in Tennessee; (previously Texas). Worked with attorneys to procure final lease agreements, attended weekly management meetings with client and legal team, coordinated zoning analysis, ordered title commitments/policies, ordered and reviewed boundary surveys, ordered and reviewed construction drawings, ordered and reviewed environmental (Phase 1, NEPA/SHPO, Archaeological Studies, Architectural Studies), and filed for FAA approval and/ or compliance analysis. I have deployed both large scale roll outs (100+Sites) and individual projects.
