With over 25 years of Leadership and Sales Experience. I have evolved from and "old school" micromanager to an engaged coach and mentor. I choose to work with companies with vision and collaborative leadership as I build and inspire sales teams to exceed performance targets. I believe that everyone has their own undiscovered "super power" and it is the duty of the mentoring leader to discover and develop that skill.A couple of my "super powers" include:-dashboarding performance and conversion levers and coaching individuals to meet and exceed average metrics. This allows me to accurately forecast sales targets and properly adjust activities REAL TIME to adjust accordingly and reward openly.-"sales engineering" activities which center on scripting, process mapping, behavioral and cultural training and skillet coaching.I believe in open accountability and round table/crowd sourcing ingenuity and am confident that the collective genius will always outsmart the superstar savant.Love to network, play outdoors, travel and spend time with family!
