Loving the freedom his roof tent gave him, and whilst ideal for one night stopovers, there was that age old problem of setting up camp for a week or so but having to pack up every time you wanted to drive off. With this main thought Freedom Trailers was born.THE CONCEPTThe parameters to work to were, to provide a trailer that would be packed up and ready to go anywhere at anytime, whilst still having the freedom to use the tent on his Land Rover if required. It needed to have storage, a workable kitchen with fridge freezer and enough water to be able to go off the grid. From camp site holidays to adventure overland safari this unique bespoke camping trailer needed to be ready to hitch to his 4x4 and go.Not being able to find a camping trailer suitable that would enable him to keep his roof tent as a movable entity whilst suiting all of his needs, Dave decided to design and make his own making Freedom Trailers a reality.FREEDOM & FUNFor Dave the trailer would provide a transportable space for him and his family, comfortably sleeping up to 4/6 people, to be able to have the freedom and fun he had always desired and loved. Packed up and ready to travel the adventure had began and Freedom Trailer Hire was born.
