I have been involved in player/coach developement, which spans a 20 year period. I have been delivering coach education on behalf of the football assocication since 2000.My passion is two-fold; player and coach development. I have a wealth of experience in working specifically with younger players 9-12. My philosophy is based around a player centred approach at all times.I am a qualifiied PE teacher, who delivers both primary and secondary edcuation curriculum , combined with football specific post 16 education.
