I am a hardworking individual that enjoys the challenge and satisfaction that comes with work. I believe in working hard to achieve goals as well as being part of a team that strives to accomplish those goals. Geographic Information Systems GIS is my specialty, but I am open to learning any new skill that might be needed to fulfill the role and am willing to learn. With several years of experience in GIS, Global Positioning Systems, and a variety of other fields, I also bring great interpersonal skills along with knowledge to any position I take on. My goal is to continue learning and further developing my career within a company who's purpose and values align with mine. As a manager, it is important for me to understand the career goals of those under me and help them continually grow to reach those goals. Doing this first motivates my team to achieve the goals my team needs to accomplish.
