Tishman Construction acted as the Owner' Project Manager for the City of Quincy(MA) during the construction of thenew Quincy High School. As administrative assistant, I worked in close contact with Tishman and City of Quincypersonnel as well as the project's Construction Manager.Responsibilities include: · Tracking payroll and R.E.O. compliance of contractors and subcontractors · Tracking RFI's and updating architectural drawings accordingly · Keeping logs of inspection procedures and non-compliance issues arising from said inspections · Formatting and delivery of worksite and inspection reports to City of Quincy personnel · Maintaining and updating project files · Answering phones · Coordination of deliveries and pickups with Tishman headquarters · Coordination of delivery and receipt of FedEx packages · Ordering and stocking office supplies

Working closely with building manager to coordinate security and accommodate special circumstances whilemaintaining a high level of security. Professionalism, sound judgment and an outgoing personality ensure issues orrequests are addressed in a prompt and efficient manner. Prevention of theft and suspect detention until arrival ofpolice, on several occasionsResponsibilities include: · Patrolling, guarding, inspection against fire, theft, vandalism, terrorism and other illegal activity · Comprehensive written reporting outlining activities and observations while on shift · Radio and telephone communications, including interacting with internal building staff, directing in-coming calls, telephone coverage for on-site companies, contacting police, fire or other emergency services · Some risk of hazard on night shifts
