I started Design and Sold in 2009 with my wife Amy focusing on residential real estate investing. In 2010 I became a licensed contractor and real estate agent. By 2012 we had so many requests by home owners and from commercial buildings to do work on their properties that we purchased a 7000' building in Cudahy to service those customers. We now specialize in most everything from repairs to large additions to commercial upfits and remodels. We currently are a distributor for six cabinet lines and have a Solid Surface countertop company called Countertops by Design And Save. Being a licensed contractor and realtor gives us a unique offering that allows us to help in just about every area of home ownership.
