I currently oversee Identity and Access Management for Chrysler. This includes SiteMinder, Active Directory & ADLDS, and PingFederate.Prior to that, I spent a little over a year developing new security policies for Chrysler based on the ISO 27000 framework.I also worked as an Information Security Officer responsible for compliance and security improvements. One of my biggest contributions was in standardizing our password controls and enforcing expiration to bring to a close several SOX and corporate audit conditions.I started off at Chrysler as a technical expert on the Lotus Notes team. I always managed to focus on security; ACLs, ECLs, server settings, system databases, etc. I extended that into the development DART system (which I developed a good amount), which securely tracked database ownership, managed code promotion, access control, and group management.

In my first year at CSC, I supported internal change control and project management Lotus Notes databases. However, I then was able to spend 6 months supporting the Lotus Notes systems that were being used to track the design of the Marine Corp's Advanced Amphibious Assault Vehicle. This was really cool!
