He’s a diligent worker and a very capable salesman, and I have no doubt that he will continue to over achieve throughout his career, his tenacity and determination is second to none, making him very successful. Dave was tasked with meeting specific sales goals, soliciting, and making sales contacts. He was able to forge some excellent customer relationships and facilitate sales that at times seemed out of reach. Dave was one of the hardest workers, doing whatever it took to get the best, and he almost always accomplished it. Sales requires a natural skill in dealing with people and knowing the right thing to say, and this was perhaps where Dave set himself apart the most. Customers simply loved him and he was able to connect with them in a meaningful way. His skills, and the results he achieved, make sure that he comes with the highest recommendation. Whilst continually achieving his individual targets, Dave's support for his fellow team members was a huge part of why he was successful, he had time for everybody and they for him and he often took the success of others on as if it were his own, providing support and advice to his colleagues whenever they should require it. it has been a pleasure working with Dave and I would welcome the opportunity to do so again in the future, his future will certainly be a bright one and I wish him all the success that is ahead of him and that he thoroughly deserves."
