• Produce planning and building regulation drawings in line with client requirements for submission and construction purposes• Liaise with client from initial ‘meet and greet’ quotation stage, through planning and building control submission until build completion.• Produce detailed construction drawings and specification for construction works• Provide Planning advice to clients and act as agent on their behalf• Submit and monitor planning applications and liaise with various council departments around the country• Provide job quotations and invoice at stages through the design process• Monitor and organise current and complete projects for the company involving electronic and paper document management• Provide construction drawings from architectural designs provided by client.
