• Develop and execute inspection points during manufacturing and assembly• Review of in process inspections and build logs• Perform inspection of machined components to ensure compliance to design specifications• Maintain quality management system (QMS) documents and update as needed• Perform internal audits (AS9100C/ISO 9001:2008) in support of QMS• Perform process improvement audits• Generate monthly QMS key performance analysis reports• New hire orientation

• Maintain and continually upgrade the quality management system needed for compliance and accreditation to ISO 9001• Quality management system representative for all internal and external audits • Promote Quality Objectives throughout the organization • Conduct Management Review meetings including analysis of productivity; the financial impact to projects and the business from non conformances; and recommending corrective actions• Customer and supplier point of contact for any quality related questions or concerns• Highly involved in the selection of suppliers and the ongoing evaluation of supplier performance• Conduct contract reviews to ensure customer requirements are achievable • Generate inspection and test plans based on company standards and customer requirements • Maintain measuring and test equipment maintenance and calibration program• Monitor and evaluate company processes and recommend improvements• Create and maintain operating procedures, work instructions, product specifications, forms and other quality related documentation• Manage non conforming material control process. Identify non conformances, generate documentation, coordinate dispositions, initiate root cause analysis, and follow up on corrective actions.• Prepare and maintain all documentation generated throughout the product realization process, including but not limited to: material certifications, inspection and testing reports, non destructive examination (NDE) reports • Organize and format all documentation and deliver final product documentation to customers • Develop, and adhere to, department budgets • Train and oversee quality department staff

• Assemble cryogenic pumps per engineering drawings, instructions and specifications• Perform receiving inspections of incoming hardware and verify key characteristics of receipts against design criteria • Perform dimensional inspections of all pumps, both before and after in house performance tests• Operate cryogenic testing facility (data acquisition & control system) required to validate that pump performance meets customer specifications and requirements. (Emerson DeltaV based automated system)
