I moved to this company with Dave Reffold, my former manager at Ruscador Marine Electronics, when he acquired the business. In the new administrative role of Office Manager, I was the driving force behind the company’s niche venture into supplying electrical spares and materials to marine and offshore customers. I left my position because an opportunity arose with a national company.

This was my first job, and, once I gained experience and trust within the company, I was given the responsibility of carrying out all the administration for Ruscador Marine Electronics – a small electrical company in the Ruscador Group. As well as bookkeeping and administration, this is where I first started sourcing and purchasing materials.
