After graduating from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, I took my degree in Business Administration (IT & Marketing focus) and moved to Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Here, I work at Johnson Controls, currently participating in the IT Early Career Development Rotational Program. My main role is IT Analyst within the IT Service Excellence and Organizational Change Management team. Focused on simplifying and optimizing the IT Service Management core processes, I apply the ITIL@4 framework to continuously improve and deliver effective IT services including Incident Management, Problem Management, and Change Management.In my young career, I've managed and coordinated projects that deliver solutions to core business functions. My areas of expertise include an understanding of the System Development Life Cycle with Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies, the ITIL@4 Framework, Testing Management, ServiceNow, and the ITSM Core Processes including IT Major Incident Management. I thrive in the fast-paced environment at Johnson Controls as we work to build smarter, healthier and a more sustainable tomorrow.
