I have 21 years experience in sports management, consultancy and coaching which includes experience in Premier League academies. Currently contracting, I am a High Performance Consultant for Oceania Football Confederation and Head of Coaching at Northern League club, Birkenhead United driving coach development and football programmes from U13 to first team level. I am also Co-founder of Player Development Project - a content platform designed to help coaches improve through educational content. Approaching it's 10th year, our company, Play Creative also supports organisations from NGBs and NSOs to clubs and schools with a range of educational and digital services. For almost three years I was a High Performance Athlete Development Consultant at HPSNZ. My role was to support the development and delivery of robust high performance athlete development programmes and processes with future medal success in mind across Olympic Sport.With a professional football coaching background at Melbourne Victory, Fulham FC and Brentford FC and multiple qualifications including the UEFA A license, I have extensive experience and understanding of what it takes to support players in their development and transition towards professional football. My sporting experience combined with my commercial background as a business owner and additional work in hospitality, marketing and relationship management means I offer organisations a unique skillset and background which can add real value.
