In order to create more agile, entrepreneurial organisations that deliver on their promises, we need to constantly learn and relearn through heightened creativity, collaboration and co-design. This is where I best contribute - in working with different groups of people to conceive a view of the destination and how we facilitate the next viable steps towards it. I’m Dave Wright. I help high performing leaders and teams navigate ambiguity using creative ways to collaboratively set direction and innovate.My strength is in relationship building. I am naturally calm, curious and empathetic and thrive when empowering people to realise and deliver on their potential. As a certified Enterprise Agile Coach, it is working at scale, helping form strategy and leading change in complex environments that I enjoy the most. I offer a tool-kit of concrete practices, tools and activities to help visualise and guide better decision making, inclusivity and shared understanding. I am an eager learner, so my natural stance is to foster a culture of learning where people are able to contribute and be heard.My perspective is informed by a career spanning Agile Coaching, Human-Centered Design, Brand Building, Communications and Music Performance & Production. During my time I have helped create products and experiences used and enjoyed by people across the globe.
