Key Highlights:// Supporting the execution of Xero’s suite of FY24 OKRs //* Creating and operationalising a tool to analyse the health of Xero’s FY24 OKRs* Partnering with GM of Portfolio, Programmes and Projects to coordinate cross-functional support to Objective Leads and KR squads* Providing actionable insights to Chief Operating Officer// Enabling key metrics and ROI to be used in Quarterly Planning to re-allocate Product & Tech resources and Customer Acquisition Cost //* Facilitating the creation of a central 'funding model' system to align stakeholders around how Xero makes investment decisions* Facilitating the key principles and considerations to guide Xero’s Executive team in re-allocation of capital decisions// Streamline tooling for effective Quarterly Planning //* Helping lead the adoption of JIRA consistently and effectively across all Product and Technology teams to reduce planning & delivery toil
