I am responsible for helping clients, home-owners, and home-builders find and achieve the look they are trying to achieve within their home. I assist clients with any updates, changes and remodels. It is my job to locate the components needed to bring the customers ideas, dreams or concepts into a reality. Personalized customer care and home consultations allow me to better understand the clients needs and wants to make that happen within their budget. I have assisted many people with making big decisions within their home, from the biggest detail in the smallest bathroom to the smallest detail in the forever home. I have worked with natural stone, granite, quartz stone, countertops, all forms of tile, backsplash, accents, flooring, fixtures, furniture and more. Having the ability to work in this field has given me the opportunity to meet and work with a lot of great people.This job requires a lot of one on one with clients that can take up a lot of time, but it is worth it to make sure that they are not only confident but can picture the end result just as I can. I spend a lot of time following up and answering customers’ questions, concerns and meeting them to go over that last detail just one more time to make sure they are completely satisfied and happy.In an industry where there are so many options and choices, it can be very overwhelming. My main goal is to make it as stress free as possible for the client and to also make it a fun and enjoyable process.The best part of my job is in the end when everything comes together after the construction is all done and dust has settled I get the phone call of pure jubilation. I take pride in that fact that the choices that I helped make made the clients dream possible.

My job responsibilities at Sherwin Williams included but were not limited to tinting, mixing and color matching of paint. My eye for color and design came with the best part of this job and allowed me to help customers with interior design choices and aesthetics throughout their home. I loved the personal one on one and customer consulting, helping clients, home-owners, new businesses and builders meet their needs and achieve the look they had envisioned. I helped maintain company to customer and builder relationships as well as gained personal relationships as well. I gained alot of knowledge of products, tools, retail and commercial use and other factors that have helped guide me and further me in the field of interior color and design.Other aspects of my job there were more focused on merchandizing and sales of company products as well as product inventory, loss prevention, records, banking, client accounts, opening and closing the store, training of new employees and more.
