Liaison between hardware validation team, project management team, and customer validation.Manage outsourced validations activities associated with the development and ongoing production. Develop and perform a review on a very high level to obtain approval (internal and external) for validation plans.Provide guidance from the technical perspective on executing validation plan with the customer. Considering engineering input, provide proposals for accelerated test plans when project or production timing is constrained. Develop validation plans and help in coordination of resources when parts from multiple manufacturing sites must be tested. Seek clarification of customer validation specifications when ambiguity is present. Manage the coordination of different hardware validation departments domestically and internationally. Responsible for the timely submission of customer validation documentation, ensuring correctness, completeness, and conformance to customer standards. Participate in requirements reviews, design reviews, and other activities in the development processes. Responsible for RFI/RFQ estimations in regards to validation based on customer requirements. Review test request entered into the hardware validation tracking system, get clarification, understand the requirements, budget, project cost, and assign to appropriate validation team members. Responsible for obtaining customer sign-off of test plans for ED/DV/PV, partial validation, re-validation, or accelerated testing to satisfy both Customers, Requester, and Laboratory requirements for accreditation. Support test selection from the representative of company quality and the creation of specialized test proposals and plans to support the evaluation of PCN or VAVE directed components or design changes.

Key roles: effectively managed and prepared test plans to meet vehicle manufacturers project requirements. Responsible for leading special project as directed by upper management targeting cost reduction and/or process improvement activities,• Managing and coordinating Project Engineers and Test Technicians on revisions to test objectives, methods, and standards. Manage test laboratory quality policy and ensuring ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation are met.• Coordinated validation testing for components and sub-system and documented final reports to Project Managers, satisfying corporate standards, OEM requirements.• Assisting and collaborating with the Project Manager to follow budget spent, forecast, KPI’s (Key Performance Indicators) as well as preparing and implementing proper action plan when required.• Assisting and coordinating with the planner to update the engineering schedule and analyze critical path.• Participating regularly required project meetings. Estimating for assignments.

Key role on analyzing test results in relation to specifications and test objectives.Manage tasks related to multiple projects, prioritize and respond to special assigned projects.Support multidisciplinary teams of design, software, mechanical, quality, and production engineers.Oversea test execution to guarantee compliance to predefined test criteria.Work with Test Technicians to develop supporting test equipment and setups to simplify the test processes and reduce test time. Review and approve component EMC test plans.Provide EMC technical support to product design teams.Assist in troubleshooting product deviations.Responsible for timely, accurate, and precise EMC test reports.Maintaining laboratory area, equipment, documentation, and workflow.Responsible for the professionalism and courtesy in the test lab when supporting the needs of testing for the product teams.Support capital equipment and road mapping process for the test lab to identify equipment upgrades, capacity increase, and new technologies.Drive continuous improvement in the lab coming up with creative ideas of productivity/quality improvements.

Key role on working directly on a vehicle development performing EMC environment testing on engine, transmission, AWD system, active control mounting, CAN Communication Module, shifter, etc.A-Requirement tests managements, Test Request coordinator, A-Requirements documents coordinator, Maru-Q events managements. Group leader of development support group.Develop specialized testing focused with RF/LF, EMC.Work with HW engineers to help to develop the test specifically regarding EMC.Use tools such as EMC32 SW, INCA, STEALTH, EMCS, Shindankun, CANalyzer to verify the HW that is conforming to the specifications. Work with the engineers to help troubleshooting deviations detected during verification process.Support generation of test results upon completion of group testing from the verification processes.

Key role in the planning and execution of validation activities related to introduction of new productsProvide validation engineering support to all areas that require it.Conduct validation activities in compliance with ISO, CISPR25, SAE for specific suppliers like GM, Ford, Chrysler etc.Create validation documentation as required (e.g. plans, protocols, reports, procedures).Perform validation activities as required and create completions reports for assigned validation.Prioritize validation activities according to the project schedule.Coordination, implementation and active participation in the site validation program for new products and associated process, equipment, software, methods, utilities/facilities.Resolve and assist in the closure of deviations initiated during qualification / validation execution

I was responsible to perform EMC Validation Testing of each electronic control unit that a vehicle will use to have the right functionality against EMI/EMS environment and give feedback to customer at the end of the test processes.Conduct validation activities in compliance with ISO, CISPR25, like GM, Ford, Chrysler etc. standards such as Bulk current injection, emissions, immunity, strip-line, transients, ESD, Magnetic Field test, etc.Provide engineering support for construction of complex EMC test setups.Provide support for test setup validation and data review for individual product test. Keep detailed, real time logs of all laboratories testing activities.Create testing report upon completion of individual product testing's.Demonstrated ability to use essential EMC lab equipment including receivers, signal generators, antennas and amplifiers, spectrum analyzer, etc.• Ability to troubleshoot test setups• Localize cause of test failures to either test support, equipment or DUT's.
