CurrentThe vision of Man in the Mirror is to help every church disciple every man. My position is part of a national movement to equip 330,000 churches to collectively disciple 1,000,000 new men by 2020 and a million men a year for the next ten years after that. Specifically, as Area Director I help men's leaders in churches to develop a workable, intentional plan whereby they can disciple all of their men over time. That plan revolves around a discipleship model that helps leaders think strategically about how to reach every man in the church. Key concepts include creating, capturing and sustaining momentum; defining what a disciple really is; building allies; eliminating ministry "siilos"; and more.In a recent survey of churches, those who had implemented the model reported a 48% increase in the number of men attending, and an 84% increase in the number of men involved in discipleship - in just two and a half years!If you long to see male disciples produced at your church, If you are tired of throwing events and activities at guys but having little heart transformation take place, or if you just desire to further increase the impact that your church has on men, contact me.www.maninthemirror.org
