My passion is to help capture and preserve individual, family or community life stories and their meaning. Enabling people to record their key milestones in their own words on a video or audio recording. Preparing and guiding the process of recording those narratives together with an experienced and empathetic interviewer and finally presenting the family with a lasting legacy of those memories and their meanings. The editing involves inclusion of key photographs, maps and images to enrich the story. The film can be delivered on custom DVDs, on disc-on-key or on a secure web site for easy access from anywhere.

I am a partner and the Sales and Marketing Director at Exsys which produces off-the-shelf and highly customisable feedhandlers for the Financial Services Industry - specifically the trading room and treasury operation. This is based on over 30 years experience in the industry.Exsys also represents a number of international software companies including Citrix Online (web based remote support and training), SOTI (mobile device management), HumanConcepts (enterprise level organisational charts), NetOp (remote support and computer classroom training tools) and more.

I was responsible for the marketing of Reuters desktop solutions to the UK customer base - mainly focusing on the launch of the first generation of Kobra which became 3000 Xtra based on Triarch/RMDS platforms.I had marketing responsibility for other projects including satellite-based delivery of realtime financial services throughout the UK.I also initiated the first generation of remote workstation platforms with centralised Triarch/RMDS infrastructure.

I was responsible for Reuters business and editorial operations in over 30 countries in Africa with offices in Harare, Zimbabwe and Nairobi, Kenya and some 40 staff. .

I setup the first technical department for Reuters Financial Services in Israel with the launch of realtime services known as Reuters Monitor and later Reuters Dealing.We had a department of 7 staff including heldesk and field engineers for installation, service and support of the customer base in Israel and the Palestinian territories. I was responsible for setting up and maintaining the data centre at Reuters Tel Aviv office and also for managing all technical support for the Reuters editorial office in Jerusalem.
