Beyond leading the group, Dave was an active consulting practioner, leading some of his group's largest and most complex assignments.After leading a mega consulting practice for a decade, Dave “went boutique” by creating Atlanta based Partners for Market Leadership, a consulting firm that assisted professional service firms in developing sustainable market leadership. For more than 15 years, Dave’s consulting firm was a leader in assisting top service firms to be more client focused.Today, Dave relishes that his days as a road warrior are a thing of the past.
