FounderBay Area Tech Writers Sep 1994 - PresentClear, concise writing makes important information easy to understand, follow and act upon. It empowers users and reduces support needs. It helps customers feel more comfortable with their purchase and, therefore, the company. It helps executive teams create and communicate a shared vision, which helps align everyone in the company. Better alignment and clarity of objective results in people actually doing what is intended and plans being successfully implemented. This translates into a direct contribution to profitability through increased operational efficiency, growth of the enterprise, or both. -
