About David O'Reilly
Not a huge fan of self aggrandising introductions, so let's be brief: I've spent my professional time mostly as a developer and entrepreneur. Running my own company for many years has resulted in wide ranging experience across tech and business, including mobile, gaming, backend infrastructure, blockchain, product management, team building and management, technical / process management and consultation on these things among others.As the CTO and co-owner of Nona I was able to delve much more heavily into the organisational, process, and culture side of things while keeping high technical standards and fostering the kind of growth environment I've always wanted to work in, building it up into a world class company until our acquisition.Having studied AI and worked in VR and Blockchain I'm able to draw on deep experience with the Gartner hype cycle.Now with Yoco, I'm focused on enabling the technology and structures needed for our very ambitious goals. I enjoy building things, sharing knowledge, and finding novel ways to apply technologies in the real world. If it's not better than anything you've done before, it's not worth doing.
