Platform initially supported 40 B2B web sites with shared, configurable functionality, registration and analytics systems as well as the ability to share editorial content assets across 40 brands* Oversaw the migration of 40 disparate, home-grown sites to standard tools, templates and reporting on a common platform * Integrating rich editorial data, an enterprise web platform and a corporate FAST search platform to create “quick to market” custom data products* Established and operated a taxonomy team responsible for the development of vertical and horizontal taxonomies, entity files as well as the implementation and tuning of rules-based classification tools. * Managed an SEO team which supported 40 B2B web sites. Designed and developed the print to web work flow and conversion processes for Cahners' initial standard web platform as well as the initial XML metadata and content schema. Responsible for the creation, deployment and ongoing operation of a centralized XML content production group. Managed the migration of 15 print brands to the aforementioned content data specification and standard content production workflow.
