Gastvrijheid bereik je wanneer product, gedrag en omgeving voldoen aan de behoeften en doelen. Dit staat voor mij centraal in alles wat ik doe en waar het in mijn ogen uiteindelijk allemaal om draait.Deze visie begon in mijn tijd op de Hotel Management School Maastricht, waar mijn focus rondom gastvrijheid begon. Gastvrijheid is uiteindelijk de kern om te bepalen of het plaatje klopt of dat nu in een restaurant is of in een project waar je aan werkt. Ook nu, terwijl ik middenin mijn carriere sta, is dit mijn belangrijkste drijfveer. Zorgen voor de juiste verbinding en wanneer bovenstaand plaatje klopt kan ik, mijn bedrijf en mijn klant tevreden zijn.
