- Product leader of a best-in-class web app, enabling clients to systemically measure and make quick decisions about new product performance.- Lead discovery & development of the app, partnering with UX and the Dev team. - Lead discovery & development of a store-level, weekly incrementality model with Data Science, to identify how incremental each new product launch is to the brand/manufacturer. -Deep expertise in Retail Scanner Data (such as Sales, Distribution, Promotion, etc)

-Led the Data Science team responsible for modeling advances of the BASES Volumetric Forecasting Model - calibrations, app development, internal user implementation, & client rollout.-Led the strategic direction of client-visible forecasting advancements & process improvements.

-Co-Inventor of a US-patented consumer adoption model that was the pillar of all client reports.-Led "Global Product Support” – central email & Discussion Board for analysts to get expert help on study design, application usage, forecasting, consumer adoption, study results interpretation.-Led the company's knowledge management system - help/sharing via discussion boards, wikis, blogs.

-Led this newly formed team to drive process improvements between Product owners & Dev teams.-Identified & implemented: interface design standards, best practices on collecting end-user feedback on software needs/usability, iterative requirements & development (moving away from waterfall).

-Directed the continual research and development of the BASES volumetric forecasting model. -Lead provider of forecasting support - answered forecasting questions for 600+ Client Service analysts globally.

-Primary Client Service consultant for a large group of healthcare brands, as well as food/beverage and pet care brands.-Worked with clients to understand their needs and design their studies; analyzed & summarized findings; generated the sales forecast; presented results.
