Supervisory and leadership role within Convention & Visitors Bureau Sales Department as well as Chamber Division Department. Ensuring a clear understanding of sales strategy and effective implementation of existing and newly created operating procedures in the marketing and selling of the Gatlinburg hospitality community consisting of 58 hotels, 4,500 rental properties (consisting of cabins and condominiums), 40+ attractions, 100+ restaurants, 500+ shops, 18-hole golf course and a 160,000 square foot convention center.

Oversee prospecting, selling, negotiating, contracting, implementation, execution and management of assigned corporate and association market segments of national and international city wide group convention/tradeshows for fourth largest convention center in the country.
