Managed a team of 5 professionals that were responsible for setting resale pricing for Balkamp and the NAPA system. Also responsible for managing the overall profitability for Balkamp from the cost side based upon the company’s business plan.Manage, analyze and recommend all cost adjustments through this team.Lead the team in identifying additional margin ($5M) through cost avoidance.Developed a CCR (cost change review) process to be able to track all cost adjustments.Suggest pricing (NIMR) on new items based upon market pricing and company margin expectations and share with category managers.

Managed a team of 6 professionals that were responsible for the product management of over $180M in spend in wholesale application automotive products.Built relationships with over 150 suppliers and held them accountable to an annual plan that included cost reduction ideas, new product development and market intelligence.Develop promotional programs and opportunities to help grow sales and improve market share.Worked closely with the NAPA sales teams to build programs and introduce new items to achieve annual sales quota.
