Stepping Stone is a housing charity that works in partnership with government departments, housing agencies and other charities to provide safe and stable transitional accommodation to individuals and families in the Dublin area who are currently Homeless, Deserted or Abused or emergency cases of families currently living in Bed and Breakfast accommodation.

ITC is in the business of Wealth Management structures & solutions for Owner Managers, Professionals & Senior Executives. With its extensive team of legal, tax and pension experts, ITC is also Ireland's longest established and foremost Independent Pensioneer Trustee for Self Administered Schemes as well as acting for many large pensions schemes also

Financial Engineering was in the business of Financial Freedom typically for Owner Managers, Professionals and Senior Executives. It did this through its own financial planning system and taking bespoke legal, tax and investment inputs through its own technical teams. This business was merged with ITC in April 2007

Following a major strategic review in Ulster Bank in 2000, I integrated some existing businesses and built a successful Wealth Management business for Ulster Bank across the Island of Ireland (North & South). This included a Private Client, Bancassurance, Trustee & Investment business with over 150 staff

Established the Bank's Insurance and Investment business through the branch network. This involved the design and sales of all insurance, investments, pensions, and general insurance products through a staff of 50

Redesigned and built the Broker Sales channel for Abbey Life through a team of 15 Broker Consultants
