I have held roles in desktop support, server support, and systems/ applications administration as an individual contributor and as a Manager of Helpdesk, Desktop and IT infrastructure teams for Dallas Semiconductor and Maxim Integrated Products. This depth of experience has given me a unique perspective on balancing the needs of customers, employees and those of the business in leveraging new Information Technologies.
