Everywhere I go - I find joy in making an impact and making a difference in the way people think about their science. I've been blessed with the opportunity to do this in my graduate work - developing innovative methods for making molecules using photoredox catalysis; my work in the classroom - in which I developed unique programming for my students leveraging molecular modeling software, low-cost molecular biology equipment, authentic research problems, and unique relationships in the corporate and non-profit worlds; and now in the world of computational chemistry - where I have contributed to helping OpenEye customers get the most out of our software through pre- and post-sales support, presentations and training, support of fledgling partnerships, and now through imagining the future of our powerful cloud-native platform for molecular modeling - Orion. But, what I'm most proud of is the many amazing friendships and relationships that I've built along the way and the impact I've been able to make - in all stages of my career. What a time we live in, and what a time to be doing science!
