The portfolio make up consists of traditional onshore and offshore oil and gas, petrochemicals, mining and minerals, and energy transition projects, which includes reimbursable FEED, EPC and EPCm, lump sum and fixed rate contract models. The facility is designed for a total throughput of 278,000 BPD of stabilized crude and 960 MMSCFD of re-injected high-pressure sour gas. Project Executive responsible for management of all home office execution world-wide, including engineering, regulatory affairs, procurement, logistics and contracting utilizing six project execution locations; London, Houston, New Delhi, Atyrau, Tengiz and Almaty, Kazakhstan involving over 3,000 home office personnel and over 20 million man-hours. Additional responsibilities include Operations Location Manager for Worley staff with profit/loss reporting and ensuring the project is designed and constructed in accordance with the contract requirements. The project is being constructed in a remote, extreme climate region of Kazakhstan, with scope of work consisting of construction camp facilities, rail and port infrastructure improvements, module haul road, oil gathering, crude separation and stabilization, product export facilities and a state-of-the-art sour gas injection system.AGIP KCO, Kashagan Experimental Program, Project Director, Kazakhstan Directed the offshore detailed design close out and the transition to follow on engineering work in Kazakhstan for this Worley and Fluor Joint Venture. The Experimental Program scope of work consists of the detail design of two reservoir blocks, with a combined capacity of 300,000 BOPD and approximately 1,200 MMSCFD of gas. The development was heavily modularized and comprises a combination of offshore and onshore processing facilities with associated offsites and utilities and export pipelines, with an estimated total installed cost of $25 Billion.

TengizChevroil, Kazakhstan; Second Generation/Sour Gas Injection ProjectFacilities Project Manager for this $7.0 Billion joint venture, EPCm project executed out of London, England. The scope of work consisted of construction camp facilities, rail and port infrastructure improvements, out-of-gauge transport, oil gathering, crude stabilization, gas fractionation and sulfur recovery facilities, product export facilities and a state of the art sour gas injection station.Program DirectorShell Refinery and Chemical Plant, Deer Park, TX., Shell Norco Refinery, Norco LA.Managed Alliance contract involving execution of capital and revamp projects ranging in size from $1MM to $100MM TIC.
