I have served as the first Executive Director of the New York City AIDS Memorial since 2019.Founded in 2011 to honor the more than 100,000 New Yorkers who have died of AIDS, this permanent, architecturally significant Memorial aims to inspire visitors to remember and reflect, acts as a platform for dialogue, discussion, advocacy, and action around the ongoing HIV/AIDS epidemic, and is a crucial place for engaging and cost-free public educational and cultural programs, including regular public art commissions. During my tenure, the Memorial has successfully entered its secondary phase. Programs: I have conceptualized and produced a consistent and well-regarded series of community, cultural, and educational programs, regularly serving as a curator or commissioner. Programming has featured on-site and digital projects, artworks, commissions, performances, and collaborations with Jim Hodges, Philip Glass, the David Wojnarowicz Foundation, Steven Evans, Neil Greenberg, the Arthur Russell Estate, Peter Cramer & Jack Waters, Nick Hallett, Pamela Sneed, Jim Hubbard, Jean-Michel Othoniel, Jenny Holzer, Avram Finkelstein, and many others. Administration: Since 2019, I have tripled the organization's annual operating budget and raised over $8 million in strategic, long-term funding, primarily through unique earned income opportunities, artist-made editions, and art auctions, but also via increased private and public grants and corporate sponsorship, including significant new funding from Google.org, Warhol Foundation, Teiger Foundation, Ralph Lauren Corporate Foundation, NYSCA, NYC DCLA, the NYC Council, and others.

Exhibitions include Storefront Bushwick, Stadium Gallery, toomer labzda, Bruce Silverstein Gallery, and Curated_By Vienna (w/ Martha Kirszenbaum). Guest/visiting lecturer at institutions including the School of Visual Arts, NYU, FIT, Columbia University, The New School, Eugene Lang.Panelist/Jury Member for institutions including the New-York Historical Society, The Shed, Tumblr, Artspace.com, New York Foundation for the Arts, Curate NYC, OG Gallery Istanbul, Centquatre Paris, ViennaFair, and Unpainted Munich. Visiting critic, MFA program Henry Radford Hope School of Art, Indiana University, Bloomington.

Responsibilities include overseeing all art-related events (auctions, art fairs), fine art edition production, brand partnerships, special events and galas, marketing, communications and numerous areas of development. Supported generously by the art, fashion, media and design communities, ACRIA is a New York City-based non-profit and community-based AIDS service organization whose mission statement envisions a world where all people with HIV receive the treatment, care, and support they need to lead healthy, productive lives and where new transmissions of the virus have been eliminated. Through their programs, ACRIA is the leader in the field of HIV & Aging and, through the recent partnership with Love Heals, the leading provider of HIV/AIDS education to young people in New York City.

Management and cultivation of top clients for online auction house including direct management of relationships with artists, galleries and institutions worldwide; engaging on new business opportunities; developing global business strategy and expansion opportunities; directing of primary and secondary market sales opportunities; liaison between specialist, nonprofit, client development and client services teams; Direct sale and consignment opportunities to auction.

Management and cultivation of top clients, including new cultural and nonprofit partners in the US and Europe, execution of new business opportunities and new fundraising models for benefit auction business particularly for major museums and foundations; envision and execute additional special projects domestically and internationally including creative partnerships with national and international brands, media outlets and art fairs

Management of institutional fine art programming including exhibitions program and public art initiatives; management of relationships with artists, galleries, curators, museums, community and government organizations; execution of new commissions and permanent installations on campus; oversight of all visual art fundraising initiatives raising $4MM+ during tenure; oversight of the creation of fundraising prints, editions and portfolios

Development and organization of a series of exhibitions over three years and advisement on several others; extensive international research, liaising with international donors including governmental agencies, assisting with budgeting and loan agreements, logistics, oversight of installation team, exhibition design, writing for catalog publication, leading and moderating panel discussions, and leading exhibition tour. Exhibitions included "The Seen and The Hidden: (Dis)Covering the Veil" (2009), "nineteeneightyfour" (2010), and "Fünf Räume" (2011).
