Dave’s focus at Olive Real Estate Group is to lead and Grow the Property Services division. The Property Services division is equipped to provide a complete range of services to Commercial Real Estate Owners and Corporate Real Estate Departments. These services include Asset Management, Property Management, Accounting, Facilities Management, Project & Program Management, Strategic Planning, Outsourcing Services, Maintenance Management, Lease Administration, Court appointed Receivership, and other related and support services.

Responsible for a property portfolio of over 7,000,000 square feet of office and industrial space with an annual budget exceeding $100,000,000. Covered Facilities & Project Management with an emphasis on Strategic Planning.

Chairman of the Building Owners and Managers Association International, a 20,000 member trade association with global reach.

Designated Broker for Portland, Oregon based developer and fee manager, responsible for all property management, leasing and brokerage operations. Direct client interface with owners including Bank of America, Travelers, Equitable, RTC and others. Acted as court appointed receiver.

Worked in the apartment industry managing and leasing both small and large apartment communities. Projects included both renovated and redeveloped properties in high vacancy markets.
