Dave Harris is a successful executive and entrepreneur that has held numerous executive management positions over the last decade in both the commercial real estate and software industry. Most recently, Harris served as Chief Executive Officer for Realcore Applications, a cloud-based SaaS platform that he co-founded and ran for nearly thirteen years. In his role as CEO, Harris was responsible for nearly all facets of the business including strategic planning, sales, product development, budgeting/forecasting, and employee oversight. Prior to running Realcore, in 2008 he co-founded Synergy Commercial Advisors, a boutique commercial real estate services firm. Dave served as Chief Operating Officer at Synergy, and also contributed as a producer at the firm, growing revenues and headcount over a six-year run where his leadership and technology skills were invaluable. In 2014, Harris and his partners successfully sold the business to national real estate firm Cassidy Turley (now Cushman & Wakefield). Harris worked directly on the sale, overseeing an extensive due diligence process and spearheading a transition plan for integration of the two firms.Dave Harris is an eight-year veteran of the US Air Force where he earned eight different achievement medals while traveling the world serving his country in places like Japan, Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Germany and Guam. Harris achieved numerous accolades during his career, including the inaugural "Rising Star - CIO of the Year" award from the Triangle Business Journal in October 2012 for his efforts in developing the company’s platform for managing data and for driving down IT related expenses.
