Responsible for the end-to-end technical delivery of full stack managed hosting services for a variety of primarily enterprise finance sector customers. With a strong focus on automation and security, I work closely with development teams to take release cycles from months down to minutes. Key achievements:• Lead the design and implementation of a full data centre transition from on premises to public cloud for a large Dutch insurer. This consisted of a new completely virtualised network and load-balancing environment, transition of 150+ business applications and workplace, consolidation of database instances, full redesign and testing of disaster recovery procedures and so forth. • Built a cohesive team of 8 high performance cross-competency engineers mentoring and developing both junior and seniors team members to create a shared sense of responsibility and achievement.

Working within tight service level agreements I consistently deliver creative infrastructure solutions with real business outcomes, applying standardised methodologies.Key achievements:• Designed a large big data processing environment including both hardware and software deployment based on Microsoft High Performance computing and supported its implementation.• Achieved 100% customer satisfaction ratings on a number of implementations for which I was the lead architect.
