As Senior Vice President of the Strategic Services Group, oversaw market strategy, program management, and service delivery of client engagements across four Business Units: Joint Ventures, Systems Engineering & Technical Assistance (SETA) Solutions, Commercial Solutions, and State & Local Government Solutions. (4/2012 - 1/2013)Coordinated key KGS support functions including Finance & Accounting, HR/Benefits, IT, Procurement/Corporate Real Estate, M&A activities, and National Industrial Security Program as SVP of Internal Support Services (ISS). Collaborated with Kforce Corporate and KGS Teams to ensure effective and compliant support of shared services to all KGS sales and delivery activities. Analyzed operational and financial data to identify opportunities and risks, determine financial and operational impact, and enhance KGS performance measurement information. Directly contributed to improvement in KGS year-over-year revenue growth, profitability, and new business win rate.

Profit & Loss responsibility for Financial Management & Accounting Solutions business unit. Managed client and partner relationships, supported business development efforts, and provided executive oversight for capability areas including Audit Readiness, liaison, and remediation; Finance and Accounting (F&A), Internal Control compliance; Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE); and financial systems implementation.

Deputy of the Financial Management & Accounting Solutions business unit. Audit Readiness and PPBE clients included the Chemical & Biological Defense Program (CBDP), Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA), Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA), Defense Logistics Agency (DLA), Missile Defense Agency (MDA), TRICARE Management Activity (TMA), U.S. Coast Guard, and U.S. Marine Corps.

Provided leadership to engagements including Audit Liaison for Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Customs and Border Protection (CBP) Office of Information and Technology (OIT); Budget Formulation, Execution, Travel Management, and Reconciliation support to the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) and Defense Media Activity (DMA) Comptrollers; PPBE support to the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) Comptroller; and Program & Budget, Finance & Accounting, Database Development, Financial Statement, Internal Controls, and Systems Support to Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) Comptroller.
