Managed, created and directed all charitable foundation fundraising efforts and initiatives with an average annual revenue budget of more than $1 million. • Developed sustainable fundraising sources: a) 50/50 raffle – Initiated a raffle in 1995. Responsible for strategic development, nightly execution and budgeting. Since its inception, the 50/50 raffle has generated several million dollars for the foundation. b) Annual dinner/auction – planned annual “meet the team” dinner. Coordinated all aspects of the event including sponsorships, tickets sales, auction, entertainment and program. The event raised $250,000 annually.c) Game-day silent auctions and merchandising – Initiated live/silent auctions and other promotional fundraisers during games.
